Network for Human and Social Development is a non-government, non-profit charity registered with Islamabad Charity Commission (ICC), Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Pakistan Center of Philanthropy (PCP), and is an implementation partner for more than 60 international and national level organizations including Myriad USA, GlobalGiving, Give2Asia, NextGenU Canada, King Baudouin Foundation Belgium.

NHSD works in the fields of disaster management, technical trainings in IT, youth and women empowerment, advocacy, water and sanitation, health, education, rehabilitation and reconstruction, and poverty alleviation.

It has been active in these fields since 2012.

The organization is a national level organization with field teams in Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, KP, GB, AJK. Our interventions have been consistent since 2012, the recentmost being in the 2025 flood response in South Punjab and KP.
