North East African Community Health Initiative (NEACHI Uganda) is a registered indigenous not-for-profit organization established in July 2020.

The organization plays a major role in complimenting government development programs at national and local levels especially assisting rural poor community in provision of quality healthcare service delivery that are accessible and affordable. The organization is managed by a Board of Directors who are the policy makers of the organization.

The vision of organization is a Uganda where everyone’s have access to better healthcare and provided without discrimination, with mission to excel in providing accessible and affordable quality healthcare services to rural poor community in a sustainable manner, and the goal is to contribute to poverty reduction and improve the quality of life for young people (10 – 30 years) by increasing access to healthcare services. To accomplish this goal, the organization have established three non for profit health medical facilities in rural communities. The facilities serve annual turnover of 1,000,000 clients visiting the health facilities.
