Remar España is a Spanish-based Christian NGO that works for the assistance, promotion and development of socially-marginalized people. The organisation fights against injustice, drug addiction, hunger, malnutrition, poverty, disease, underdevelopment, illiteracy, child abuse, lack of education and the conditions which stimulate these problems: neglect, violence and crime. To date the Association has helped more than 400,000 people in Spain who have problems of drug addiction. Remar España also helps support social aid and development projects in sister organizations in more than 65 other countries.
