Uganda Christian Institute for Professional Development is a community based and non profit making organization that works with the communities to address the challenges faced by the youth through provision of education and training for effective livelihood improvement.
UCIPD was formed in 2010 and Incorporated with Uganda Registration Services Bureau in 2012 and Registered with National NGO Board in 2014
UCIPD strategic plan for Intervention towards the plight of the vulnerability in Uganda is to embrace the existing challenges on access to education, health related issues which has been alarmingly tormenting the community of Uganda.
The organization has a well established school of Nursing and Midwifery in Gwengabara Village, Boroboro West Parish, Adekokwok Sub-county, in Lira District with a theme of reducing the high rate of illiteracy in Uganda and enhance development.
