Association of Kenyan Housewives against HIV/AIDS

The Association works in Western Kenya region around Lake Victoria where the main livelihood is fishing. People there are highly affected by HIV/AIDS. There are several young people who are orphaned and women who are widowed and living with HIV. The Association works with this lot, supporting school going children and youth with school levies and school uniform as well as feeding program. They also support women with skills for alternative livelihoods
