Winnie`s Women World Initiative (W3) is a Ghanaian based Non Governmental Organization that empowers young women and children to break shells of cultural limitations to achieve their goals. we are working to achieve SDG1, SDG2, SDG4, SDG5 and SDG8.
Primary objective
1. empower women to be economically independent through VET.
2. To promote girl child education
3. Produce empowerment educational materials
4. To raise female future leaders.
MISSION
To become the Leading NGO in Ghana and African at large campaigning for sustainable women empowerment and the development of the youth to build capacities and create sustainable income modules through Vocational Education and Training VET, Technology, Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
The group gives donations covering basic needs of life such a food, shoes, clothes, bags, educational materials, affordable shelter and basic health care to the less privileged living in deprived communities in Ghana. The focus group are women, youth and children.
W3 is determined by the buoyance of a SEED during germination and value the SEED principle, they therefore promote
S-Sustainable livelihoods within communities
E-Excellence within an emerging economy like Ghana and the Sub-Saharan Region
E-Empowerment of women and the youth
D-Development of the economy.
