Tekhsmart Zambia is a Zambian non-governmental organization registered with the ministry of community development and social services, (RNGO/101/833/18). The aim of the organization is to promote digital access, digital literacy, digital etiquette, digital commerce, digital law, digital rights, digital responsibilities, digital health, and digital security in Zambian schools, colleges, universities and communities.
The organization also focuses on educating the youth on issues concerning appropriate and smart use of digital technologies. Tekhsmart provides guidance to youths on how they should use digital technologies for educational purposes, personal development and empowerment. The company also connects young people to online platforms such as coding org, code combat etc. where they learn coding. Furthermore, they also promote advocacy against cyberbullying and technology addiction. Tekhsmart Zambia provides counselling services to tech addicts and cyberbullying victims and promotes digital access in rural communities.

The organization is based in Chongwe district of Lusaka province and is currently operating from Lusaka and Chongwe districts.
