Hong Kong Single Parents Association (HKSPA) is a non-profit organization. It was established in 1991. It provides social services to single parents and other needy.

HKSPA mission is “Strengthen Ourselves, Help Ourselves, Then Help Others”. The Association provides services in emotional support, counseling, employment training, law consultation, educational training, etc. for single parents and the needy. It also aims at raise the social awareness in single parents and single parent families. HKSPA also strives to provide suggestions in the area of social service policies by using their frontline experiences to the government.
