Voice for Elderly and Children in Africa (VECA) is a registered non profit organization which works tirelessly to improve the livelihood of the elderly in refugee camps and those in living in poor communities in Uganda. The organization also supports children especially those living in elderly headed households.

VECA believes refugees of advanced age are more vulnerable than others and the situation is worse when the old person has children to look after. The focus is on Kyaka refugee settlement and VECA appeals to everyone to support them to feed, construct and start income generating activities for the elderly for sustainability.
