Otse Community Home Based Care Trust (OCHBCT)is an organisation in Botswana that provides home-based healthcare services to a client group consisting mainly of people living with HIV/AIDS, people with disabilities and vulnerable children. The Trust provides palliative care and support for chronically and terminally ill patients.

Recent initiatives of the Trust include increasing staff positions, the mobilization of 55 health promoters, facilitation of community kitchen gardens, specialized nutritional education and craft skills training.
