The Milton Charitable Foundation for the Visually Handicapped is an Indian NGO working for the welfare of the poor and downtrodden visually handicapped people and craftsmen of Odisha through education, training and rehabilitation. The Foundation has run four major projects; a Digital Talking Book Centre which provides the study materials for blind students and colleges; a Braille library and resources for the blind that provides Braille books and important documents related to jobs, scholarships and other government schemes; a computer training lab; and a special education programme providing quality education for blind children.
