Reach The Youth-Uganda (RTY) is a youth focused Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that was founded in 2004 and is registered with Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) and the National NGO Board under Certificate. RTY program thematic areas are health (reproductive health, health systems strengthening and HIV and AIDS), livelihoods improvement (life skills training, vocational skills and agro-enterprise training, income generating activities), human rights, advocacy and research. RTY has implemented projects in 8 districts.

“A world where the youth has an opportunity to maximize their potential and influence decisions that affect their lives”.
Mission:
“To partner with the youth and contribute to the process of enabling them to access opportunities and make right choices for sustainable life.
4 strategic goals :
1. To contribute to a reduction in teenage pregnancies, child marriages and associated SRH risks among young people 10-24 years in Uganda.
2. To contribute to a reduction in new HIV infections amongst youth (15 – 30 years) especially most at risk populations in Uganda.
3. To strengthen community responsiveness to GBV, child protection, Human rights and social injustices by improving governance and accountability relationships in delivery public/social services.
4. To increase the economic contribution of youth to national development by skilling, tooling and active participation in gainful employment opportunities and making environmentally friendly livelihood choices.
