Moira Kelly’s Children First Foundation is an NGO in Australia that provides medical care and assistance and support to children in need. The foundation operates to help disadvantaged Australian children, through the Between the Gaps Program. Additionally, they also help children from around the world who do not have access to the medical attention they require to live a happy healthy life, through the Miracle sMiles Program. These children come to Australia for life-changing medical attention and are provided for during and after their operations in a community environment aiming to nurture their cultural identities.

The Foundation has established collaborative relationships with other organisations, health professionals and hospitals, which enables these operations to take place. There is also a vision for enhancing programs that can help children have a better future.
