River of Hearts (ROH) is an outreach programme of the Community Centre in Shanghai, an NGO. ROH provides expatriates living and working in Shanghai with the opportunity to donate new and used items they no longer need to those who are in need. The donations are distributed to various locations throughout Shanghai. The organisation is currently searching for charities that could benefit from donations.
