Kigoma Muslim Women Association is a non profit organization formed in 2004 and registered by the Ministry of home affairs in 2006 (Reg. No. S.14518. Its mission is to work with people of all social classes, gender, faiths, tribes and nationalities for sustainable development of women and girls; combating the gender inequality and the root causes of the women poverty.
