Oblige for Vulnerable Children Tanzania (OVCT) is an non-for profit organization with a registration number 00NGO/0009162, and it works in whole country of Tanzania Mainland. OVCT (in short) is working in helping the orphans and vulnerable by educating them with their caregivers about Children’s rights, health, nutrition, life skills and HIV/AIDS prevention. OVCT also provides the orphans and vulnerable children with school materials, shoes, soap, clothes and food.

OVCT has covered 32 villages of Ikungi District and identified 750 orphans children and more than 1050 vulnerable children and cater for them.
Coverage was mainly in the villages and now OVCT is aiming to reach to the towns too for identifying the orphans and vulnerable children and serve them.

OVCT’s aim is to make sure that the orphans and vulnerable children get equal rights like the other children and especially to get educated.
The OVCT Headquarters are at a small town called Puma which is in Ikungi District, Singida region and in the country of Tanzania.
