Based in Hoi An, Central Vietnam, CHIA is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that provides a range of services for disadvantaged children in the wider Quang Nam province, where many families are barely surviving on less than three dollars per day. Over the last ten years, life has improved for many people in Vietnam, but the central province of Quang Nam remains one of the poorest areas in the country. CHIA supports children, their families and their communities to build better futures.
