REACH is a local non-government and non-profit organisation which specializes in providing vocational training, career advice and job placement services for Vietnam’s most disadvantaged youth.

REACH targets the most vulnerable youth who are in need of accessible, affordable skills training, particularly disadvantaged young people living in the cities and neighbouring provinces of Hanoi, Hue and Danang between the ages of 16-25 years.

REACH annually trains about 1,200 students, with over 80% of them in employment six months after graduation.
