The Pan-African Institute for Development West Africa is part of a network (the Pan African Institute for Development International (I’PAID)) an NGO that aims to promote sustainable development through capacity building in research and advisory services throughout Africa.

The organisation also aims to address unemployment and environmental issues, promoting programmes geared towards peace, democracy and good governance.
