We are 4 incredibly passionate individuals who are out to ensure TOTAL Equity, Diversity & Inclusion into the workplace
Alongside our army of volunteers, we have the reach of the entire UK
Our partnerships with national organizations allow us to provide the best in training, wellbeing/ mental health management as well as assistance for those who are disabled/neurodiverse, homeless or vulnerable
We have a 100% client retention rate
We never turn anyone down and help everyone who needs it
We follow 2 mottos
The first “Dreams are a RIGHT not a PRIVILEGE” and second “Support for those who need support most”
Both drive us to ensure the underrepresented get access to the same opportunities as everyone
This includes their education, work, extracurricular activities and so forth
We lead with empathy and teach all those who come in contact with us, the importance of emotional intelligence and respect for yourself and others
We are loved by all communities, nationalities and cultures. Our main drive is to make the world a better and more FAIR place where all are treated as EQUALS despite individual background or situation
