At Sharing Circles, our vision is a world where every young person overcomes trauma, understands their human rights, and lives with dignity. Operating in Uganda, we are dedicated to creating safe and supportive environments that address trauma, build confidence, and promote personal growth among youth.

Core Competencies
Trauma-Informed Interventions: Our specialized programs focus on addressing the unique challenges youth face particularly those with disabilities, helping them process and heal from trauma.
Human Rights Advocacy: We educate and empower young people to understand and advocate for their rights.
Personal Growth and Leadership: Through workshops and mentorship, we nurture confidence and foster leadership skills.

Scope of Operation
Our programs primarily target youth in Uganda, focusing on underserved communities where trauma and social exclusion are prevalent. We work with schools, local organizations, and community groups to ensure broad reach and meaningful impact.

Size and Capacity
Sharing Circles is a youth-led organization with a growing team of dedicated facilitators, trainers, and volunteers. Our capacity enables us to implement community-focused projects, such as trauma-informed practice training, career mentorship, and entrepreneurial activities.
