The Allan Rich Ministries Welfare Society (ARM) is a rural development NGO committed to the empowerment and emancipation of women, children, the elderly and other needy people. The organization assists rural women to achieve economic independence through training in manufacturing paper toys and clay products. ARM also assists people with disabilities by providing skills training that will enable them to earn a decent income.
