Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust (SSSST) is a public charitable trust operating in Madhya Pradesh, India. The primary activity of the trust is eye care. The Eye Care Hospital serves more than 700,000 people and is fully equipped to take care of all eye related cases and all type of eye surgeries. The Trust also runs two eye hospital projects and conducts more than 2000 outreach eye camps in remote rural village every year.

The Trust has extended its support to many other areas including health care, education, women empowerment, agriculture, dairy development and cattle care.
