Royal Voluntary Service is a large British charity that uses volunteers to provide a range of services for elderly people who might otherwise feel lonely and isolated. Royal Voluntary Service works alongside other charities, organisations and local authorities to meet needs in communities throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Services provided by Royal Voluntary Service include meals-on-wheels, the Good Neighbour scheme, emergency support and help in hospitals.
