Telecoms Sans Frontiers (TSF) is an NGO based in France, specialising in emergency communications throughout the world. TSF sends mobile teams to disaster areas within 48 of an event to set up emergency telecommunication centres. TSF is also developing post-emergency programmes and mobile telecommunication community centres. These projects will enable remote communities to access specialised information, in particular, medical services. TSF works in partnership with the European Commission and NGOs and with a number of international telecommunication companies.
