The European Observatory on Health Systems is a partnership between the World Health Organisation (WHO) and a number of European governments, the World Bank, the Open Society Institute, the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. The Observatory supports and promotes evidence-based health policy-making through analysis of the dynamics of health care systems in Europe and researches health-related issues.
