iAwards support ‘Technology for Social Justice’ mission
The 2011 iAwards were announced recently at a series of events held across Australia. The importance of providing effective tools to support digital proficiency in the community sector has again been recognised with Infoxchange Australia picking up the Victorian iAward in the e-Inclusions and e-Community category for its innovative CRM4nfp application.
Infoxchange worked with Microsoft and foundation partners, the Benevolent Society, Greatconnections, Impact Support Services, Jobs Australia, and Travellers Aid Australia, to develop the CRM solution package specifically for the not-for-profit sector.
CRM4nfp was launched recently as part of Infoxchange’s AppPac4nfp suite of applications. It is designed to help community organisations improve service delivery by managing their contacts, memberships, volunteers, campaigns, donations, pledges, and events more efficiently.
