The mission of the EMQ Children and Family Services is to work with children and their families to transform their lives, build emotional, social and familial well-being and to transform the systems that serve them.

EMQ is recognized for innovative mental health treatment, foster care and social services that help families recover from trauma, abuse and addiction, and rebuild their lives. They strive for sustainable change and advocate for improvements in the local, state and federal systems that serve children in need.
