Brethren Volunteer Service is run as part of the Church of the Brethren. The Brethren Volunteer Services aims to create a group of volunteers who sacrifice their time to help those in need with the skills that they have. Some may do labor work, or some may provide lodging and other means of help. They offer food and shelter and try to bridge a relationship between their cultures.
