Bukoli Ekirita Omwana Community Care Project for OVCs is a Ugandan NGO that cares for orphans and vulnerable children infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS. The organisation aims to build and strength the capacity of community members to develop community based responses to meet the needs of people affected by the HIV/AIDS scourge, provide psychosocial support to OVCs and empower OVC households economically.
