The Liberia Opportunities Industrialization Centre (LOIC) is an NGO that works for the enemployed and the underemployed. LOIC provides counselling, career guidance, motivational and attitudinal training, pre-vocational and vocational training, job placement and follow-up services. LOIC has trained approximately 50,000 individuals since 1977, most of whom are now making a meaningful contribution to society.
