The Besom helps people make a difference, to provide a bridge between those who want to give time, money, things or skills and those who are in need. It ensures that what is given is used effectively, and the service it provides is free. There are a number of Besom locations throughout the UK, which can use almost all types of goods including clothing, furniture, toys and kitchen utensils. The Besom headquarters also runs a year-long internship aiming to provoke thinking about living in intentional community and how lifestyle impacts the poor.
