Welcome to Kisumu Disabled Self help Group!
Kisumu Disabled Self Help Group (KIDSEG) is a community-based, non political, non partisan and non profit organization founded in 2003 to champion the rights, dignity and well being of persons with disabilities in Kisumu County and beyond.

KIDSEG amended its Constitution in the year 2019 as per the requirement of its original Constitution. This revised Constitution reflects KIDSEG’s expanded commitment to ensuring that girls and women with disabilities while still serving all persons with disabilities receive focused, equitable opportunities to thrive socially, economically and health wise. It honours our founding vision while ensuring structural clarity, gender responsiveness and organizational growth. The revised Constitution reflects KIDSEG’s evolving mandate, with a renewed focus on empowering girls and women with disabilities while continuing to uphold the rights of all persons with disabilities.
