Global Hand is in the process of gathering resources such as the following.

http://www.oecd.org/corruption/asiapacific
The initiative brings together major stakeholders to exchange experience with corruption and to assist participating countries in the development of well-targeted anti-corruption strategies. Has documents on individual countries as well as details on anti-corruption publications. The Anti-Corruption Gateway serves as an easily accessible repository of anti-corruption project documentation, legislation and news. It also presents regional and international agreements and survey results from Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. The website also has a forum for discussing corruption topics.
Global Corruption Report

Internet Centre for Corruption
http://www.icgg.org/
This project is a joint initiative of Goettingen University and Transparency International. It hosts the TI-Corruption Perception Index, a comparative assessment of a country’s perceived level of corruption and presents academic research on corruption. The website also provides access to all recent world-wide press articles dealing with corruption.
Transparency International

An international NGO devoted to combating corruption. Transparency International does not expose individual cases, but focuses on prevention and reforming systems. It raises awareness of corruption, advocates policy reform, works towards the implementation of multilateral conventions and subsequently monitors compliance.
