All Ears Cambodia (AEC) is a local NGO that works for the relief of persons with ear disease and hearing impairment, and the preservation and protection of hearing. All Ears focuses on the weakest and hardest hit, and is currently working in partnership with 42 local and international aid agencies. In response to the lack of health care accessibility, the AEC team runs outreach clinics to bring healthcare to those in need. Teams operate in eight provinces as well as in the Phnom Penh municipality. The clinics offer a range of diagnostic services from basic hearing tests to specialized ones such as those needed for babies. Clinics also operate a hearing aid repair service.
