The Social Enterprise Business Centre is a website run by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service promoting social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong.

The site provides information about starting a social enterprise (SE), including ways in which to explore business opportunities, and information for investors keen to support SE.

The site also includes a SE search engine and an SE directory.
