Help Without Frontiers’ primary objective is to alleviate the suffering of the Burmese refugees who have had to flee into Thailand. The organisation does this through the provision of volunteers, funds, and goods to clinics, orphanages, and schools on the Thai-Burma border as well as teacher training and community health programs.
