Village Outreach Trust is a program of the Dar Es Salaam Pentecostal Missionary Church to alleviate poverty, care for orphans, assist refugees, and provide shelter and education to homeless children.

The organization works towards Reaching rural villages and un-reached peoples with the gospel of Jesus Christ; Discipling new converts with sound, Biblical doctrines through native pastors and literature distribution; and Planting churches and equipping the saints to reach their neighbors and stand strong for Jesus Christ.

It is a faith based organization and functions as a grass-root establishment serving villages and alleviating people through religious propagation and proselityzation.
