Straight Talk Foundation is based in Kampala, Uganda. The Foundation aims to increase understanding of adolescence, sexuality, and reproductive health and to promote safer sex, life skills and child and adolescent rights. Straight Talk began as a newspaper in 1993 and in 1997 grew into a registered NGO, with multiple projects. A radio show went on air in May 1999, targeted at children and adolescents in Uganda, aged 13-21.
