The SALEM Foundation (SALEM) is a non-profit, welfare organisation committed to shared values of peace, brotherhood and a respect for life. Salem actively works in “social hotspots” in many countries to help people in difficult situations regardless of their beliefs or nationality. Projects range from organic farming, animal protection and environmental conservation to the establishment of children’s villages, continuing education and apprenticeship programmes, and professional training. Salem has a strong commitment to human rights.
