With the Internet as infrastructure, MYC4 bridges the gap between people with needs and people with means. Investors who have created accounts on the website can choose from a variety of third-world businesses and bid money towards supporting. After the agreement of recipients, the terms are evaluated by third-party financial groups.

In Africa, the business environment is characterised by non-transparency, barriers and unreasonable terms. Therefore MYC4 aims to build a sustainable marketplace by removing barriers, like excessive interest rates and encouraging transparency on all levels.
