Mercy Med Flight (MMF) is a group of volunteers providing charitable long-distance air ambulance service to non-ambulatory patients who require air transport with medical care and who lack the resources for commercial service.

MMF is incorporated in the state of Texas and is based at Meacham Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. The organization currently provides its services throughout the United States, with the exception of Hawaii.
