The International Council on Management of Population Programmes (ICOMP) is a non-governmental organisation dedicated to improving population programme management at country, regional, and international levels. It serves the management and leadership needs of population programme managers both in and outside the public sector, and its membership consists of representatives from NGOs and institutions in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. ICOMP is based in Malaysia.
