St John Ambulance Cameroon is a non-profit making organisation, affiliated to the Order of St John whose international secretariat is in the UK. The organisation provides health care services to less privileged persons, and works in close collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs for the development of young people, providing vocational training. St John also works with the Ministry of Social Affairs in regard to the care of children and mothers affected by HIV/AIDS and street children. St John targets the rural areas where people do not have access to health care services.
