CODE (Canadian Organisation for Development through Education)is an NGO that aims to empower children through learning. The organisation currently ships 20 tons of donated books from Canada to 85 countries across the world. CODE also works with local organisations in developing countries to promote sustainable learning through programmes that support libraries and teacher training as well as national and local book publishing in approximately 20 languages in Africa and the Caribbean.
