Change thru Empowerment (CE) is a registered Pakistan based NGO embarking upon enabling the people to struggle for their rights and promote a society where individuals’ identity is just “Humanity” and they live together with respect for diversity and dignity.

Currently, we are working in following sectors:

- Democratic Governance
- Human Rights with special focus on marginalized groups (Peasants/rural workers, women & minorities);
- Peace & Human Security (including humanitarian assistance in disasters and harmonized society);
- Economic Development & Entrepreneurship (esp. women entrepreneurs);
- Advocacy, Networking and Lobbying around right based agenda;
- Alternate/renewable energy

We welcome partnership with other organizations/institutions and offer our assistance to all sister-concerns for collaborating in development endeavors.
