Village Care Development Foundation (VCDF) is an NGO operating in Kagadi Uganda. The Foundation works for sustainable development through education and training its target groups are young people, women, widows, orphans and vulnerable children. The Foundation mobilises local communities and sensitises them to a variety of issues, including health and hygiene, domestic violence, the importance of education, human rights and the prevention of HIV/AIDS. The Foundation also encourages individuals to set up their own income-generating initiatives.
