The Matonyok Nomads Development Organisation (MANDO) is an organisation establisheds to support the marginalized Maasai communities in Kenya. The organisation aims to improve their standard of living by developing local initiatives through encouraging the use of available resources. MANDO stresses community participation and involvement as prerequisites for financial and moral support.

MANDO intends to concentrate on education because this is the way to empower people.
