British Humanitarian Aid
Unverified non-profit organisation
British Humanitarian Aid (BHA) seeks monetary and material donations for families in the Ukraine where the collapse of communism and the disaster at Chernobyl have led to impoverishment and sickness. Funds are raised, and goods collected, predominantly in the UK but also elsewhere in Europe. The goods are sorted and sent to BHA’s community and distribution centre in Chernigov, Ukraine. BHA also works with institutions serving as combination schools and orphanages by purchasing supplies and equipment for them and helping with refurbishment.
