Agro Developers is a Cameroonian NGO whose aim is to encourage farmers to move to organic farming methods instead of using chemicals. The founding members of the organisation comprise agricultural technicians ,agro-economists and community development experts who are involved in capacity building activities, training and lobbying. They attempt to persuade farmers to use improved seeds,tools and equipment and draw up projects for financing. The organisation also aims to improve adult literacy and is involved in health awareness programmes and income-generating activities. A micro-credit scheme has also been set up to make loans to members of the organisation.
